You have been accepted into the Pride Pop-up on Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 12:00-6:00 pm. Please read the vendor terms and conditions and make your payment by clicking the link below. To be a vendor at the Dupont Circle Pop-up, your application must be complete, accepted, and paid. Any accepted vendor that has not paid by sell out will forfeit his/her space so we can give it to a vendor on the waiting list.
Vendor Registration, Terms & Conditions
A booth space is 10’x10′. All vendor set up and displays must be contained within the 10′ x 10′ booth space. Booth spaces may be used for temporary items, such as folding tables, displays, and pop-up tents; sheds, constructed tents, and other structures are not allowed. Spaces are assigned by the Festival Director to acknowledge our sponsors, maximize pedestrian flow, promote vendor exposure, and maintain accessibility to the retailers. Booth spaces are not transferable.
No loudspeakers, boom boxes, sound systems, instruments, or portable bullhorns are allowed. If you have a tv or screen, you may use it but it must be silent. Because of tight quarters, no electric generator(s) will be allowed unless pre-approved by the Festival Director. Please use batteries or solar panels for power, if needed.
Prepared food vendors are not allowed because we want to promote the restaurants around Dupont Circle. However, if a citizens association wants to sell boxed fruitcakes, or if a seniors organization wants to sell rum cakes packaged as gifts, that would be allowed.
Vendor who cancels must let the Festival Director know immediately. If the event sells out and we are able to resell your space to another vendor, you will be issued a refund based on what you paid, less processing fees.
By paying below, vendor agrees to the terms set forth herein and represents that the person signing/paying on vendor’s behalf has the authority to do so. Vendor agrees to comply with event rules and regulations as stated. Vendor agrees to hold harmless Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers from any accident or injury incurred before, during, or after this event. Vendor further agrees to hold harmless Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, and actions that Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers may sustain or incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of any action or inaction of vendor or any of vendor’s employees, agents, or volunteers in connection with vendor’s participation in this event.
If you agree with these terms and conditions, please click the link to make your payment of $100 by June 1; $200 after that date.
